Cybersecurity Training Program Application FY 26-27 |
Texas Government Code 2063.102 State Certified Cybersecurity Training Programs requires the Texas Cyber Command (TXCC), in consultation with the Texas Cybersecurity Council, to certify at least five cybersecurity training programs for state and local government employees. A training program is a course or curriculum of courses that meets the training program certification standards. This is what will be certified.
Once you submit your training program for certification, your program content and materials will be evaluated by TXCC, and you will be notified upon determination of the certification status. There is no cost to have a training program reviewed for certification. Certifications are valid until August 31 and need to be renewed annually.
Contact TXTrainingCert@txcc.texas.gov with any questions about the certification process.Additional information is available on the Certified Cybersecurity Training Programs Webpage.
